Can I send money through somebody I have a joint bank account with?
Yes, you can – but only if your full name appears as one of the account holders on the joint bank statement.
Important for UK customers:
If your Instarem account is registered in the United Kingdom, you must fund your transfer from your own personal bank account. In the UK we are currently not able to accept transfers funded from a joint account. If you send money from a joint account, your transaction will be cancelled and the funds refunded.
