I have been asked for additional documents even after my KYC, why?

As a regulated financial service provider, we work to ensure that we are fully compliant with our regulatory requirements. This includes additional reviews of our customers’ details and transactional activity. Such reviews sometimes require us to request additional documents from you.     • Clicking Submit a request at the top-right corner of the Help Centre page, or
    • Clicking Raise a ticket after selecting a topic or FAQ.
