I have purchased my eSIM but it says pending payment/ is not showing up in my Purchases. What should I do?
Upon successful purchase, you will receive an email informing you of payment success, and the eSIM will be credited to your Instarem account in the next few minutes. However, if there is high purchase traffic, there may be slight delays.

- Go to your Profile section.
- Tap on Help.
- Search for the relevant topic.
- Raise a ticket or chat with us if you didn’t find what you were looking for.

- Tap on Help.
