What do I do if I encounter a suspicious or unauthorised transaction on my Instarem business card? 

If you notice a suspicious or unauthorised transaction on your Instarem business card, follow these steps to secure your account and report the issue: 

  • Freeze your card: Use the Instarem account to temporarily lock your card.  
  • Contact Instarem immediately: Report the suspicious transaction(s) to your business development manager.  
  • Raise a dispute: Write to us at [email protected] to raise a dispute within 14 days of the unauthorised transaction.

  2. Tap on Help.

  4. You can raise a ticket by:
    • Clicking Submit a request at the top-right corner of the Help Centre page, or
    • Clicking Raise a ticket after selecting a topic or FAQ.
